Staff Openings
Accommodations Manager
Summary:
To provide a clean, fully functioning, and comfortable atmosphere in all of our guest/camper accommodations and indoor gathering spaces. Will train and supervise housekeeping staff during the summer months, keep adequate cleaning supplies on hand and various other duties associated with housekeeping. You will also be expected to help (as needed) to assist camper activities when we have groups present.
Commitment:
Fulltime (Approx 40 hrs/week, potentially more during peak summer season). Lives on-site.

Maintenance Team Member
Summary:
To serve the campers and guests in this Christ-centered environment we create called Maranatha Camp and Retreat Center. As a result, many will hear God speak and make decisions about salvation, discipleship and Christian service. Specifically, responsible to care and maintain buildings, infrastructure, equipment and grounds, and to serve as assistant to the Properties Manager as directed.
Commitment:
Fulltime (40 hrs/week, more during peak summer season). Commute from the local area.
Part time (less than 40 hrs/week, more during peak summer season). Commute from the local area.

Technology Manager
Summary:
To support the operations of the camp by overseeing all aspects of camp’s technology, including audiovisual, networking, web, workstations, servers, file storage/backup, and cybersecurity. Has support for some of these areas from other staff members. Background ministry work that is a part of the kingdom work taking place at camp.
Commitment:
Fulltime (Approx 40 hrs/week, potentially more during peak summer season). Lives on-site.
