Staff Openings
Finance Manager
Summary:
To be responsible for the Finance Department.
Commitment:
Fulltime (40 hrs/week, more during peak summer season). May live on-site or in the local area and commute.

Kitchen Manager
Summary:
Accomplish foodservice for camps and retreats ranging from 20-600 people, at Maranatha. Food safety, quantity, quality, nutrition, age-appropriateness, and waste reduction are all priorities in this position. You will oversee or complete the actual food production, but also run shift leads for a larger team in the summer months. Requires good communication, leadership (both work and spiritual), budgeting, ordering, and training. The service here enables the life-impact camp has, and is also highly-visible and colors the overall camp experience.
Commitment:
Fulltime (40 hrs/week, 40-65 hrs/week during peak summer season). Must live on-site.

Maintenance Team Member
Summary:
To serve the campers and guests in this Christ-centered environment we create called Maranatha Camp and Retreat Center. As a result, many will hear God speak and make decisions about salvation, discipleship and Christian service. Specifically, responsible to care and maintain buildings, infrastructure, equipment and grounds, and to serve as assistant to the Properties Manager as directed.

Technology Manager
Summary:
To support the operations of the camp by overseeing all aspects of camp’s technology, including audiovisual, networking, web, workstations, servers, file storage/backup, and cybersecurity. Has support for some of these areas from other staff members. Background ministry work that is a part of the kingdom work taking place at camp.
Commitment:
Fulltime (Approx 40 hrs/week, potentially more during peak summer season). Lives on-site.
