2022 Theme: Full Send
“The act of reversibly going all out in some act regardless of consequences.”
Jesus said, “No procrastination. No backward looks. You can’t put God’s kingdom off till tomorrow. Seize the day. – Luke 9:62 MSG
This attitude is what we as believers are called to when it comes to following Jesus! Over this week of camp we are going to study the book of Acts to see the transformation of Peter from a fearful
denier to a fully committed disciple.

Speaker: Ben Phillips
Ben Phillips is the Youth/Young Adult Pastor as Mitchell Berean Church in Mitchell, NE where he has served for the last 5 years. He has a heart to see students engaged with the Gospel message personally, and then publicly, as they answer the call of Jesus to be an “ambassador” of the message of reconciliation. For 14 years he and his wife, JaNae, have worked together in churches to raise up, equip, and send out students and adults to accomplish the mission. Ben really loves fishing, videography, being mistaken for Ed Sheeran, cheeseburgers, movies, camp chicken-strip night, and spending time with his two kids, Micah (4) and Emery (1).
The Band:
Kevin McClure has been leading worship in church for over 10 years in multi-generational, young adult, and student ministries. As a songwriter, musical artist, and worship leader he has had the honor of touring the United States over most of the last decade. Kevin is incredibly intentional with his time on and offstage to help teach the practice of worship as a lifestyle through conversation and writing. He has a heart to see believers learn to take the act of worship beyond the setting of a group gathering and to multiply worship leaders who are also mature disciples and shepherds. He leads the Worship Leader Network by organizing regular events and building relationships with other worship people throughout the Midwest. Kevin lives in Omaha, Nebraska with his bride Hailey; his two daughters, Everleigh and Eliska; and his son Bear. His favorite food is coffee, he loves bonfires, and is an avid Chicago Cubs fan. Nothing else like it…
Junior High students have the opportunity to unplug from electronic devices and busy schedules to focus on teamwork and communication while engaging in unique outdoor activities that challenge their limits.
Maranatha cabin leaders serve as excellent role models that help campers wrestle with faith questions and strengthen Biblical understanding. Campers in this age group will develop a clearer sense of how God has made them individually, allowing them to consider their identity in a critical time in their personal development as a Christ-follower.
