These are our Top Ten most-needed projects for Maranatha Camp this season, as identified by our Directors and Properties Management Team. We invite you to join us in generosity by contributing toward the project that speaks to your heart.
At Maranatha, these gifts are more than just bricks and mortar – they represent hope, opportunity, and brighter futures for every camper, family, and guest who steps onto these grounds. Your donation is an investment in future generations who will experience the life-changing power of Jesus Christ.

01 Operations
Our greatest need is support for general operations. This includes payroll for year-round staff, utilities, and essential maintenance. Meeting this goal allows us to remain sustainable and continue ministry throughout the next year. (See progress)

02 HVAC
Our largest chapel, The Center, needs a significant HVAC upgrade to ensure safe and effective ventilation for guests and staff.
TOTAL COST: $40,000
03 New Dorm Style Building
To serve more campers safely and efficiently, we hope to add a new dorm-style building to our campus.
TOTAL COST: $400,000
04 Security Cameras & Network Upgrade
We seek to continually improve upon campus safety and security. This project includes expanding our internet network to support a new security camera system in key areas across camp.
TOTAL COST: $48,500
05 Septic Tank Replacement
Some septic tanks on camp property are over 40 years old and are strained by increased capacity. Replacing them will significantly improve the guest experience and overall system reliability.
TOTAL COST: $75,000
06 Center Chapel Paint & Carpet
The Center Chapel needs updated carpet and a fresh coat of paint to brighten and restore the space used by thousands of guests per year.
TOTAL COST: $68,000
07 New Staff Housing
As our ministry grows, so does our team. We need four stick-built staff homes to help care for our year-round staff. Cost reflects the use of camp-provided contractors.
TOTAL COST: $150,000

08 Additional Chapel CHairs
To accommodate growing attendance, we need additional chapel chairs so every guest can sit comfortably for sessions and hear the Word of God.
TOTAL COST: $20,000 = 200 chairs
($100 = 1 chair)
09 Building Upgrades
Many of our older buildings need updates to keep them functional, welcoming, and aligned with the rest of the camp’s improvements. This will include things like new paint, upgraded flooring, and other remodels as needed.
TOTAL COST: $120,000
10 Waterslide Upgrade
Our beloved lake waterslide has been out of commission for two years due to structural needs. Built by staff and volunteers decades ago, it now requires replacement or extensive repair to continue its legacy for future campers.
