If you are unable to send a child to camp for financial reasons, please consider applying for a scholarship. Maranatha Camp often partners with your local church to provide financial assistance for families who need it to send their children to camp.

HOW CAN I APPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP?
To apply, follow links to register for camp. Select the option in the registration process to apply for a camp scholarship. Complete your registration, selecting the payment option to pay only the deposit.
You should hear back from us within 7 business days, except for our holiday break from December 24th to January 2nd.
WHAT IS THE COST OF APPLYING FOR A SCHOLARSHIP?
When you register and apply for a scholarship, you are required to pay the minimum deposit at the time of registration. This is typically a 25% non-refundable deposit per camper for youth summer camps. This amount goes towards your portion of the total cost of registration.
HOW MUCH OF THE COST CAN A SCHOLARSHIP COVER, AND HOW MUCH DO I HAVE RESPONSIBILITY TO COVER?
Scholarships can cover up to 50% of the registration cost of camp per camper. You are responsible for covering any remaining amount that the scholarship does not cover.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF CAMPERS I CAN APPLY FOR?
There is no limit to the number of campers in your household you can apply for.
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS FOR RECEIVING A SCHOLARSHIP?
As long as you are genuinely in need of financial assistance, you will qualify for a scholarship. Someone on our staff will reach out to you to verify your eligibility. We have never had to turn someone down yet who has applied.
If we come to the point where we run out of our designated amount of scholarship funds, we will remove scholarships as an option from our registration process.
