“Family Camp is where parents and kids spend time together renewing their relationship with Jesus Christ. It’s where you lay the spiritual foundation you want to pass on to the next generation and the next.”
Family Camp 2026 Theme
“Bold & Free: Living with confidence in Christ.”
Theme Scripture
1 John 3:21 – “Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence before God.”
Big Idea!
Because of Christ’s love and sacrifice, we are set free from guilt and fear. Families can live boldly, love freely, and pray confidently, knowing we belong to Him.

FAMILY CAMP DIRECTORS: Kris & Natalie Cheek
Welcome, Family Campers!
Get ready for a week where memories are made, laughter echoes through the cedar trees, and Jesus and God’s Word is central. Whether you’re roasting marshmallows, splashing in the lake, cheering on your kids at camp games, or relaxing under the stars, we’ve created a place for your whole family to unplug, connect, and grow together and with the Lord. We can’t wait to share this unforgeable camp experience with you.

Cheryl is often involved serving on worship teams, and opening their home to deepen relationships and to live on mission. The kids are active in dance, soccer, fishing, and football! They all have a passion to see lives, families, and communities transformed by Jesus and are currently planting a church in Golden, Colorado. You can reach Matt at matt@ goldencitychurch.com. WORSHIP LEADER: Jason Regier
I’m a husband, dad, farmer, coffee roaster, and worship leader—a bit of a jack of all trades, learning as I go. I’ve been married to my wife, Dolly, for 25 years, and together we’re raising three incredible kids: Carmi (14), Brightyn (10), and Archer (7).
Our family has been coming to Family Camp for the past three years, and it’s become something we truly cherish. From lake toys and the zip-line to the sweet shop—and the gift of not having to cook or clean—it’s a place where we can breathe, laugh, and just be together. More than anything, Family Camp has given us the gift of slowing down and reconnecting as a family.
I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve this year and look forward to helping families encounter the heart of God through worship during our time together at camp.
This summer, we will also be hosting our Junior Camp program on-site the same week as Family Camp. They will be enjoying thier own fun-filled schedule, with seperate programming, meal times, activities, and lodging. While they enjoy their camp, your family also gets to settle into your own unique rhythm of camp life.
